I was in the Drive-Thru at 10:59 a.m. McDonald's employee refuse to ring me up for lunch and wanted me to drive around the building and get back in line. The manager got on the speaker and told me I cannot sit in the Drive-Thru for a minute waiting for lunch and was rude about it. By the time we talked about it and I drove away it was 11:00. McDonald's lost a customer that day for poor customer service and making it a bigger issue than it was when I could have been helped. There was no need for any of that.
