    The lady at the drive-thru intercom is an impatient jerk who sounds just as miserable as we saw her look through the window. The managers need to get a grip, do their job and actually start being managers. Otherwise you wouldn't have incompetency and rudeness thats so visible the moment you drive up or walk in. Do better or find people who will.

    I was second in line at the drive through to order food. I left when I realized that if I went next door to Big John I would be eating already.

    The customer service I experienced today was absolutely deplorable. I wanted to order the signature strawberry lemonade and the employee did not clarify that the lemonade had a different name. When I got to the window I asked if they still had the strawberry available as I thought for sure that I asked for the signature and she THEN clarified the difference after I had already been charged. The manager made a remark that, "If I wanted strawberry I should've said it", and she must have thought I didn't hear it, and stared at me with an attitude until you drove off. This was after I had to wait with there not being a single car in drive thru and an empty parking lot. I'm always waiting at this location even when I have an online order. I will not be returning.
