    Purple haired lady is rude also the "shortage" on Arby's sauce ruined my whole dinner. I ordered 25 dollars worth of food and they would only give me 4 packets of sauce. Complete bs! If I knew that I would have never went.

    The lady at the drive-thru intercom is an impatient jerk who sounds just as miserable as we saw her look through the window. The managers need to get a grip, do their job and actually start being managers. Otherwise you wouldn't have incompetency and rudeness thats so visible the moment you drive up or walk in. Do better or find people who will.
