I understand things happen, like large unexpected events, but loudly and openly complaining about how y'all weren't prepared while kids and parents are eating in the lobby isn't a good look. It's also not a good looking openly saying she hates that people can order online and do door dash. Since I placed my order online, I'll be sure to make sure to go to another McDonald's establishment where my online order isn't ridiculed while I'm standing wait for it. Couldn't gauge anyone else's attitude, her negative energy was too overpowering.

This morning I asked about a monopoly piece on a McGriddle, the manager started screaming at me for it, she was rude, loud, and insulting. So unfortunately I will never go back to this location, I was treated so horribly because I asked a question. I will miss saying good morning to the old timers that greet me every morning there, but unfortunately, you shouldn’t treat customers that way ever.
