Today I was served cold nacho fries and the sauces I asked for and that were put on screen were not given to me. My last visit I received an uncut quesadilla and a soft shell taco with a long blond/light brown hair in it. Expect to be missing something from your order because of the amount of times they’ve forgotten to give me my sauces, straws, tacos and drinks. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will have the same experience. This place needs some serious improvement on all fronts. The staff regularly hand out orders silently with no hint of politeness, I had one employee try to tell me that she didn’t forget my straws for my drinks despite my very obvious lack of straws. Food is often missing, made sloppy, cold, or just incorrectly. I rarely write reviews and this is my first negative review. I am tired or poor service and even worse food. Go anywhere else to eat, you’re almost guaranteed a better experience.

- LLLorilynnNov 18, 20253.0I went thru the Taco Bell drive thru. I ordered taco supremes, nachos with cheese, and a pop. The person that took my order at the speaker wasn't very welcoming. However, the person that took my money and handed me my food was very personable. I was a little discouraged that they only had Pepsi products. There was only 2 flavors of diet pop (Diet Pepsi and Zero Sugar Mountain Dew) to choose from. It would be nice if they could add more diet choices. The nachos and taco supremes were delicious!
