  I did already make a report to corporate in hopes the staff of Taco Bell get retrained, I tried to order food as I picked up a DoorDash as to have it handed to me both at the same time, I’m 5 months pregnant and have been out all day, far from home needed something to eat and they completely denied me food until the order was delivered because it’s “against DoorDash” but even showing them the policy they refused to see it, it’s not anywhere in the policy. They tried using the timer excuse but I am not timed until after I’ve clicked received order which I would have done if I had both foods at the same time, completely uneducated manager and staff needs retraining, nobody should ever be refused food even on a job, food is necessity and the only thing literally open near me. Highly dissapointed

  I moved here 3 years ago and eat a lot of Taco Bell. This place sucks SO BAD it genuinely makes me upset when I think about how much money I have wasted on them getting my order completely wrong. Stuff is expensive these days it’s insane to pay so much money for FAST FOOD and not even be able to literally everrrr get it right. I love Taco Bell I just think corporate needs to pay a visit to this location…

  Used to enjoy this location but it’s gone downhill in the last few months. Today I was served cold nacho fries and the sauces I asked for and that were put on screen were not given to me. My last visit I received an uncut quesadilla and a soft shell taco with a long blond/light brown hair in it. Expect to be missing something from your order because of the amount of times they’ve forgotten to give me my sauces, straws, tacos and drinks. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will have the same experience. This place needs some serious improvement on all fronts. The staff regularly hand out orders silently with no hint of politeness, I had one employee try to tell me that she didn’t forget my straws for my drinks despite my very obvious lack of straws. Food is often missing, made sloppy, cold, or just incorrectly. I rarely write reviews and this is my first negative review. I am tired or poor service and even worse food. Go anywhere else to eat, you’re almost guaranteed a better experience.
