- LLLorilynn6 days ago3.0I went thru the Taco Bell drive thru. I ordered taco supremes, nachos with cheese, and a pop. The person that took my order at the speaker wasn't very welcoming. However, the person that took my money and handed me my food was very personable. I was a little discouraged that they only had Pepsi products. There was only 2 flavors of diet pop (Diet Pepsi and Zero Sugar Mountain Dew) to choose from. It would be nice if they could add more diet choices. The nachos and taco supremes were delicious!

Least 5 employees walking around, I saw at least one look at us, but not one person acknowledged us. Finally a guy comes up, pretty sure he was the manager. I was slightly irritated because of the lack of service and he walked up with an attitude. He said he doesn't have any one on the register until 5pm. Not the customers problem. He said we'd have to use the kiosk or the drive thru. We've wouldn't have come in if we wanted to use the drive through. So, 5 people, 2 working registers at the drive thru, couldn't work the front register? We said we are going somewhere else and he made a very snarky comment. We went across the street to Arby's and had fast, very friendly service. Even the Arby's employee's said, they all work all the stations. They also said it wasn't surprising, about TB. Taco Bell food has gone down in quality, up in price, and the food has been shrinking fast. So many reasons we won't be back.
