  I placed a take out order on the app for pick up at the alpine location (inside walmart). 3 sandwiches and a protein bowl. When I got home and we opened our order it was all wrong. My protein bowl had zero protein (missing chicken altogether), one sandwich had ingredients in access that were not asked for, and not appreciated (mayo), one sandwich i requested less mustard (both in the order itself AND in the notes) and it was slathered heavily on it. The one sandwich that was prepared correctly also had a hair in it that did NOT belong to any of us (wrong color, no possibility). This location does NOT answer their phone, and my efforts to reach out to the chat center online hasnt worked either as I haven't gotten any response after going on 5 days. While i could chalk it up to a bad lunch and be down $40 which is meh, I feel like this review is needed simply on principal. Poor customer service, both from the location and corporate, and crappy, inaccurate, basically inedible food, make the 1 star pretty generous.

  What a sad excuse for a.. whatever you want to call this place. The food is so, so expensive, it tastes like freezer, and the guy working the line couldn't even roll up a wrap. It's called a wrap! Wrap it! Never coming back.. was hoping to enjoy some nostalgia but it was so bad. Do not go here! Ever! The food that Walmart pre makes is better than this trash

  I didn't have a good experience My soup was cold The soup was ridiculous $4.99 just for soup I could have walked through Walmart and got a can for $2 with better quality. I didn't have good service the guy was super rude

  Never Open. Allowed me to place an order, just to get cancelled and now I have to wait days for my money back.

  The floor was soaking wet even after someone must have used a wet mop, was very slippery and NO caution sign. Ordered a 6" Italian BMT...no house vinagraitte, no Italian dressing. How do you have an Italian club without the Italian dressing? I was told the company discontinued the house v? And the dressing?
