I called to ask where it was and the woman very rudely said it was out of their hands and got even ruder to me when I asked how that happened. I asked to talk to someone else and the second person who picked up was nicer, said they’d email a coupon but never did. This time we ordered pickup thinking it’d be better. Nope! It wasn’t even busy, but we got there and our pizzas were cold and one of them wasn’t even sliced? It just looked bad and we ended up just making sandwiches because it was so unappetizing.

Refused to give her a receipt and said your pizza will be ready in 30 mins. She came in to get her pizza they gave her pizza away to someone else and said 10 more mins will make you another pizza. Then after going in there 10 minutes later asking about her pizza they were all looking confused. So my girlfriend politely asked for a refund. They said no and said take it up with your bank, then guy behind the counter started screaming at her saying the manager can’t see someone “ like you” ( keep in mind my girlfriend is the kindest African women you’ll ever meet ) super unprofessional if you ask me. I would give this place a one star review and never give them a penny of my hard earned money

I ordered online in uber eats and they not only took to long to deliver but they got my address wrong and I had to go to someone else porch and I don’t want to disturb anyone peace. Definitely recommend pick up they are bad at delivery sometimes.
