  I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger no mayo not only did they get it wrong. The first time the second time I came there they gave me a burger with pickles and no bacon. The third time they gave me a burger with pickles, lettuce us, ketchup, bacon, no mayo, pickles do not go on this burger. They are incompetent. And should not be working here Or with people’s food for that matter not only did I waste most of my lunch going back to the store three times they still got the last one wrong again

  I never leave reviews but this has got to be the worst fast food I’ve ever eaten, I used to come to this sonic a few years ago and it was very good back then but this new staff is just so careless. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was wayyyy smaller then when i originally ordered it the first time a month ago and it also didn’t have anything on it but cheese, ketchup, and mustard no bacon. I also got a small fry and they were cold and stale and I also got a Oreo cheesecake shake and it tasted sour and spoiled (again I’ve had this shake before and it tasted way different getting it at this sonic) it was a young girl working the drive through and sounded like a guy around the same age as the girl looked to be teenagers maybe a little older anyways they need to be fired and y’all need a team meeting for re-staffing the store.

  Was there at 11:10 am ordered food. Wife wanted a hamburger only ketchup. Only thi g to order was the cheeseburger meal. So ordered the cheese burger meal ketchup only and the guy taking the order very rudely said oh you you just want a hamburger them. Then we get to the window he says we don't have tap to pay!! Then as he handed our drinks to us we dropped a straw and he never gave us another on. Then we saw him in there slam stuff around like he was mad. Not going to eat there again. He also just handed the food out and didn't say anything. Stay away

  I drove all the way from Hartland because I kept seeing ads for Sonic on tv. What a waste of gas and $20! I ordered a #4 (double sonic cheeseburger with large tots and a large shake). The food was COLD! Luckily I was hungry and didn't want to completely waste $20, but it was definitely trash worthy. How can a burger be burnt and cold at the same time? And, the food got THAT cold bringing it from inside the restaurant to my car? Just doesn't make sense. And, it was SO sloppy, I had to reset it before I could choke it down. The shake was SO thick, I had to wait for it to melt before I could drink it. You really should give customers a spoon with those deluxe shakes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!! No wonder your stores are closing. I'll go to Halo Burger in Fenton next time. Buyer beware! Food is not that good, & the prices are ridiculous!

  This is hands down the most disgusting and poorly run “fast food” location I have ever experienced in any state I’ve lived in. I’ve been a loyal Sonic Drive-In customer for years—across Texas, Colorado, and beyond—and I have NEVER seen a location this bad. The Commerce location is an absolute embarrassment to the Sonic brand. The manager is completely unfit to run any establishment. The level of incompetence is shocking. He and his staff are consistently rude, unprofessional, and clearly have zero understanding of basic food service standards. The food is beyond unacceptable—it’s revolting. Everything tastes like it’s been cooked in old, dirty grease that hasn’t been changed in months. I was served cheese tots that were literally black on the inside—completely inedible. I threw them straight in the trash. After reporting this to corporate and being assured it would be handled, I gave this location another chance—and that was a mistake. Today, I received mozzarella sticks that were wet, mushy, and disgusting. Not even remotely edible. That was the final straw. At this point, this isn’t just poor service—it’s a complete failure of management and basic health standards. This location should be shut down immediately. Every single employee, including the manager, needs to be replaced with people who are actually capable of doing their jobs. This location is actively destroying Sonic’s reputation, and it’s unacceptable that it’s still operating like this.
