  I placed an order around 8:00 PM with an estimated delivery time of 14–29 minutes, but I didn’t receive my food until 9:45 PM. After waiting over 30 minutes with no updates or notifications, I called the store to check on my order. I was told that the driver had already marked it as delivered, even though I had not received anything. The store offered to remake and redeliver the order, which I agreed to. However, based on the tone and demeanor of the representative I spoke with, I had concerns about the quality; and unfortunately, those concerns were valid. The food was disappointing and not up to standard. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to the lack of communication, inaccurate delivery status, and poor food quality. 2/10 I would not order again.

  I'm not pleased at all. I placed a online order and showed up five minutes after it said it was done. I stood in the store waiting for twenty minutes. Just to find out the whole time my order was made and ready for me. The two workers working seemed to be very frustrated and clueless. I was also getting frustrated, having to wait twenty minutes for an online order that said it was done. So I walked out and made it home before realizing, I was missing parts of my order. I did not receive the 2-litter in my order.

  Portions of food is under cooked, portion size is also going low week by week. Either it might be the employee or the owner putting restrictions on the quantity 🤷🏼
