    McDonald’s is terrible, we all know that, right? But this location deserves special mention. While picking up a coffee on the way to work, I inadvertently selected counter pickup instead of drive-thru. My mistake. But upon going inside, I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no employee ever walking to the register nor was my coffee sitting on the counter for pickup from the app, which is also garbage btw. Is this one of those McDonald’s I’ve heard about that is run by robots? I wish! At least a robot would do actual work, and would monitor the counter to ensure patrons aren’t just standing in front of the register for 5 minutes. This was my final trip to any McDonald’s anywhere. Garbage food with garbage service.

    Horrible! Nobody works at the front counter no more. The service at McDonald’s is absolutely horrendous! Just drive to another McDonald’s, these people don’t wanna assist their customers. They’ll watch you stand at the front counter for five minutes and then be like oh you did not meet the cut off to buy your food. You either order online, use their app or use their app in the store. They no longer wait on their customers. Horrible experience!

    For the fifth time, I've gone to this location 45 minutes or more before their posted closing time and not only are they closed, but they have clearly been closed long enough for them to have finished cleaning and gone home. This time, the app took my order and my money because even McDonald's didn't know that they were closing this early. Because the app automatically sees when you're close, it wouldn't let me cancel the order because they were "already working on it" despite the store being empty. The first four times this happened was a nuisance, but now I have to jump through hoops getting my money and rewards points back from this order because someone was too lazy to either finish their shift or at least let SOMEONE know that the store would be closing early for the day. I don't understand why anyone thinks this is acceptable, but it's absolutely ridiculous how often it happens and nobody seems to want to crack down on it at McDonald's.

    This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone to. The people are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered food last night and I got home and it was wrong. It was the wrong order. I went back and they wouldn’t let me in so I went through the drive through and the worker said he wouldn’t take food through the drive through. Well how can I return the wrong order when they won’t let me in. The doors are locked!!! I stayed in the drive through at the and he wouldn’t take my return back. So I lost out on money because the workers don’t know how to make an order correct. It’s not hard to make a burger the way I asked. Plan and simple. The next day I went back to talk to the manager and they still wouldn’t give me my money back. I will be calling corporate and they will be hearing from me.

    Just ordered a DoorDash from here and they filled my large fry about a third of the way very lazy I know it’s hard to find workers but maybe let’s fill the fries all the way guys or answer the phone !!
