    When I walked in I was not greeted ,food was not all that good I barley got any tuna or topping on the sub and when I asked for more I was ignored after eating in the lobby I went to use the restroom and the door was being held open by a garbage can and had dry pee all over the toilet and when I went to leave I told the lady in the red “thank you have a good day” she did not say anything but her look that she gave me felt like she did not want us being there 0-5 stars if I could will not be coming back to this location

    I visited this Subway recently and had a disappointing experience. The employee on duty was clearly frustrated because she had to manage both training a new hire and taking customer orders on her own. While I can understand that being challenging, instead of handling the situation calmly, she expressed her frustration directly to customers. At one point, as I was looking at the menu to place an order for a friend, she rang the bell very loudly and said she had been calling me six times. The abruptness was startling and came across as unnecessarily rude. In customer service, especially in a food environment, kindness and patience go a long way, and this interaction felt quite off-putting. That said, I do appreciate that she did complete my order and make the sandwich. However, I hope in the future the staff is given more support so training doesn’t fall entirely on one person, and that employees remember the importance of maintaining professionalism and kindness toward customers. Her name was Bee.

    Jessica was so awesome!! i like my bacon super extra crispy and made sure it was perfect for me even though they were less than an hour away from close and even gave us a coupon!! thank you so much Jessica!
