    It’s currently 5:40am. I went through the drive thru at this location and tried to place an order and got nothing but the greeting from the intercom. So i pulled to the next window in hopes of placing an order. i roll around to the window and the manager is in the office looking at me smiling . So im waving to be helped and she’s just sitting there watching me . Coworkers come in and talk to her and they turn to see me sitting there. Then i realized the restaurant wasn’t open. But the only reason this is an issue is because all she had to do was come to the window and tell me they weren’t open and i wouldn’t have sat there. The mentality of “he will eventually leave” is very unprofessional. If this is the service this restaurant offers i wouldn’t suggest anyone come here !

    Extremely rude teenagers working the drive-through completely messed up my order refused to fix it then have the nerve to try to give me my large iced coffee with no lid and told me to take it like that and then when I ask for him to fix the situation he got rude with me cleaned. He didn’t want to deal with me and then they all proceeded to laugh, extremely unprofessional and I’m not the type of person to go around calling management, but I feel like in this case it should happen that was ridiculous. I’ve never had that bad of an experience anywhere I’ve ever been.

    Everything is cold and undercooked. Worst Fries in Commerce area. Save yourself the trouble, Go to Mcdonalds on Cooley Lake Road!
