  Placed an online order and was called shortly after. They told me they were out of cheese sticks. I asked if there’s anything they could substitute. Responds with “nah we’re basically out of everything”. Says I can go in the app and cancel no problem. Wrong. I went to the store to try and get the problem fixed. Waited at the counter for 8 minutes to be dismissed and told “ there’s nothing we can do”. Paid for food, didn’t receive food and received the worst customer service ever. I know places get busy, and I’m very understanding as I’ve worked in restaurants but this was an absolute joke.

  Ordered tenders and curly fries at drive through, realized total price didn't include fries. Add fries to order at window, no fries in bag received after two attempts and being charged for them.

  Wish I could put NO stars but that’s not an option. For the money you pay it’s a shame how awful the food is. Food was cold, we had no condiments on our sandwiches, little chicken in chicken sandwich. Oh and the Mac and cheese looked like they put it out in the morning and served it after putting in microwave for a bit. Never eating here again.
