I’m honestly really disappointed and disgusted reading this. What David described goes beyond a simple complaint about service—it leans into unfair and harmful assumptions. Calling someone ‘an attitude problem’ while contrasting them with ‘the white ladies with all smiles’ carries a racial undertone that shouldn’t be ignored. Words like that have a long history of being used to stereotype people, especially when you don’t know what that employee may have been dealing with in that moment.
It’s completely fine to raise concerns about service, but it should be done without targeting or demeaning someone in a way that reinforces bias. There’s a difference between giving feedback and tearing someone down—and this crosses that line!
If i was this business owner i would refuse racist customers like this every day, some people need to learn the hard way that all people deserve respect first no matter what.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! rude uncaring staff out of coffee told we'll get to when we can 1/2 hour wait for a sandwich never received because told product still frozen you have been warned for me never never again

This store was so clean! As should be right now you would be surprised the other locations I had to travel… It was to the point I didn’t even want to order anything…. But this store not to mention the employees 🤩 they definitely love their job and it show in their efforts….. This location is above the stars I could possibly give…. Great work!
I came in and met the manager talan I believe it's spelled... She was very nice to us and very polite. That energy seemed to rub off on the rest of the crew because they were very nice and made me feel comfortable there I'm a big fan of baked goods and I love bagels LOL and it was nice to just come and sit and relax and have nice people around me thank you
Absolutely top-tier experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels! From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth, fast, and welcoming. The food was fresh, perfectly made, and exactly what you want when you’re craving a great bagel.
But what really stood out was Talan, the General Store Manager. You can tell when someone truly cares about their store, their team, and their customers—and that’s exactly the energy Talan brings. The leadership shows in how efficiently everything runs and how friendly the staff is. It’s rare to see that level of consistency and pride in a location.
If you’re looking for a spot that delivers both quality food and great service, this is it. Huge shoutout to Talan for setting the standard
