I was sitting at the outdoor tables eating when a strong gust of wind knocked my bowl out of my hands and onto the ground. It happened right there on their patio.
I went inside to explain what happened and see if anything could be done, and the manager immediately brushed it off and said it was basically my problem. No effort to help, no remake, nothing.
I understand they didn’t cause the wind, but the way it was handled was just poor customer service. If you’re offering outdoor seating, situations like this come with it. The response made it clear they don’t care once you’ve paid.
Not coming back.

Came in around 3pm, so it wasn’t a crazy rush. The woman up front was nice, but the service was painfully slow. I was just stopping in for a bag of chips and guac. There were only two people ahead of me, each ordering one bowl, and no one behind me at the time—yet it still took about 10–15 minutes to get through them.
What made it worse was that another employee came out from the back and just stood by the register watching instead of helping. I’ve seen other locations where staff jump in to keep things moving—here, he chose to stand there while one person did all the work.
By the time it was finally my turn, there were already 7–8 people lined up behind me. I genuinely felt bad for them—may God give them patience.
Got home and it didn’t get any better. Every chip was stale, the guac was just okay, and the hot salsa tasted like straight salt with a hint of tomatoes.
You’re honestly better off going anywhere else unless you enjoy standing in line long enough to watch the person in front of you grow back hair.
Message to the owner: this is a management issue. Train your staff, create some urgency, and go visit other locations to see how it’s supposed to run. A brand-new store sitting at a 2-star rating should be a wake-up call. If zero stars were an option, this would be it.
Where do I start… this is THE WORST chipotle in the country. The employees stand around while 1 person is helping customers. I was 2nd in line and waited 20 minutes just for them to take my order. When taking my order, they mixed up my bowls and put the wrong toppings and then just tried to scoop it out of the other bowl and into the other. This place needs to close or needs to fire the whole staff. There is no way this place will stay open longer than 6 months. I will be calling corporate.

ATROCITY.
Long review incoming that will probably get overlooked. I placed an order for pickup through the drive up window. I get handed the wrong order, no big deal. I hand the bag back and let them know they made a mistake and I was told my order would be up in a couple of minutes.
While waiting for my order, I witnessed a staff member wash pans in the same sink used to prep raw food. The staff member DID NOT change their gloves going from soaking the pans to prepping food.
While I am witnessing this transpire, I am overhearing staff members complain about the customers who are indirectly paying their wages. The drive up window was left open the entire 20 minutes, no one seemed to care. I heard them say: is anyone going to help this guy at the drive-thru? He’s been waiting a long time. Crickets. No urgency. No empathy. No respect.
It gets better. The chips I receive were stale and tasted days old. I went inside to exchange the bag, every single bag was stale. Staff did not care and touched their noses multiple times without gloves.
The icing on the cake was arriving home and finding out the queso was not even in the bag. I hope a competitor with even half decent service puts this location out of business.

If I could give the service a zero, I would. They work extremely slow and every single time I come here, I wait in line for more than 15 minutes. I see staff members standing around and doing things like filling several chip bags other than the first priority which is serving the customers. I do not recommend coming here at all. The only convenience is where I’m located.
