Staff using the fryers were being allowed to wear open toe shoes which is a Health Code violation and I'm concerned about what other Health Code violations are being ignored. I have reported this correctly and the management showed little concern.

They even read the code back to me and told me it was for a free 10 peice nugget and asked what sauce I wanted for it. I told the manager I was charged for it and she told me it was my fault and I must have gave them the wrong code. The guy taking my order didn't say it was an invalid codebwhen I ordered and no rewards code showed on my receipt.
