The food wasn't even hot when we received it. Bowl was underfilled. Sandwich was sub par at best. Lukewarm fries. Will never go here again

I had an issue with my order and was informed that I would receive a complimentary sandwich. I called the store and spoke to Emily, who was significantly more courteous than the previous manger who answered the phone. She took the time to explain the app to me and was incredibly helpful and patient. Despite my negative experience the previous time, Emily was incredibly sweet and dedicated to resolving my issue. She went above and beyond to assist me and should be recognized for her exceptional work ethic and positive character.

You guys gave me the wrong order and on my way back from break I didn’t have time to call and when I called the next day because you guys were closed they said I couldn’t get my meal replaced because I waited too long.
