  Order was spot on. Staff is excellent. Food was hot. HEATHER is a wonderful person.

  Never have to wait more than a few minutes in line, and the food is always hot and accurate. This is ten times over a better Taco Bell than the one on State Street in Ann Arbor, if anyone is wondering.

  Most of the time when I come to this location the service is good and the food is great everytime I want something special done they will make it happen. My niece loves the crunch wrap with a dorrito shell which is never a problem to order they take the dorritto shell break it in half and make the crunch wrap that way for her. Well I tried to order it and the person taking my order said "we don't do Dat here" I said "They always make it that way for me" he then said again "We don't do dat here" so I just ordered it like it comes because it shouldn't be a fight to get the food you want and this kid didn't care avout customers service or his job. Drove up to the window to pay and get my food he grabbed the card out of my hand to take a payment then gave it back shut the window said nothing like it will just be a minute or here's your card didn't even look at me when he gave the card back to me and shut the window. Opens the window back up and flings out the taco bell back at me shuts the window door. I thought man this kids isn't going to last long here. This is one bad expereince that I had that's why I gave a 3 star instead of 1 star this kid deserved a 0 star to be honest but my experience every other time has been great hopefully he leaves this place soon so noone else has to experience the rude customer service.
