    Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order because I had a specialty order that I could not place on the Kiosks and the manager told me we don't do orders here you have to place them on the Kiosks. Um no, that's very unprofessional. What if I was blind and could not work your Kiosks? Then what? Stop being lazy and actually help your customers.

    I asked if they had sweet tea and the guy at the speaker said yes, i tasted it, it was raspberry tea. I asked for nachos bell grande and made sure i said only meat and cheese because i am a very picky eater. i open it, it had beans, tomatoes, and sour cream. i also had to re say that i wanted cinnabon delights THREE times because the guy at the speaker “couldn’t” hear me. The guy at the sneaker also was talking very quietly and i couldn’t hear anything and then got rude when i asked him to repeat what he said.
