  have gone here twice in the past week, got 2 pies for my brother, waited 20 minutes for them and then didn’t get them and got cookies instead, today I ordered 2 pies for my boyfriend and didn’t get them at all. annoying to pay for things and not get them.

  Discriminates against disabled people. I came through the drive thru like I do often. I have a injury to my arm due to a neck injury. It causes weakness in my arm. Because of this I can not carry the drink carriers. I told Tina I can not carry the carrier. She decided to start screaming at me and berating me that it's corporate policy that drinks have to go in a carrier. I tried to tell her I have a disability and physically can't lift it. She said to bad and continued to yell and throw a fit all over a carrier. If I was to grab it I would have dropped it all over. What about amputees? Elderly? Other disabled? This was major discrimination and honestly just rude and pathetic to not be willing to help someone. Tina should be fired and needs to grow up!

  Every day I come here. The Frappee Machine is always down. I have to drive all the way to Davison to get one. The managers do not care at this location and they said the machines are down cause they get sticky and need to be cleaned. I said everyday??? I said so I can only get a Frappee in the mornings? If this wasn't the only one beside Davison being open 247 this location should be shut down. Horriable Service.

  Just not a fan. I will say, it's the place to go on a hot day and get the best tasting coke!

  Mr and Mrs. Santa , from Franklin mouth are at McDonald's. My grand children And I were sooo happy. The couple was dressed in German Santa suits. Very Nice employees.
