  Pulled into this location on Saturday and was told someone would be right with me. That turned into over five minutes of silence in the drive-thru with zero acknowledgment. No cars ahead of me, no visible rush—just employees apparently ignoring customers. If you’re open, do your job. If you’re not, close the drive-thru instead of wasting people’s time. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. First visit, last visit.

  Asked and charged for a 6 piece only gave 4, and both my sauces were almost empty when I opened them. On another occasion they served my dad (who isn’t a complainer) “the worst burger I’ve ever had from anywhere” and threw it out after the first bite.

  So I don’t usually do this I am not the kind of person that writes reviews I always look at it like OK I’m a mistake happen somebody wasn’t happy. They both you know. Wake up tomorrow and start over but tonight it is just no way around it. I have never been as disappointed with an ice cream or with Dairy Queen as I am right now. So I’m on my way home. I decided I want a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard add Oreo (I get one or two a week either from the Holly or the Weidman DQ’s, both of of those locations are amazing. Never had one issue with either of them.) I go through the drive-through pay for it and hand it to me. I pull off. I’m about half a mile down the road take a bite, Realize there’s no Oreo in it I turn around go back through the drive-through explain there’s no Oreo, she was nice about it. I handed it to her she took it added what seemed to be their entire supply of Oreo in that whole store to my cup. Gave it back to me. I say thank you, pull off, take a bite, stir it (had Oreo cookie crumbs all over my lap) take another bite only to realize there’s no strawberry in it. So I have to go to the next off exit so I can turn around to go back. I pull up yet again and I reorder it again!! I say I would like a medium blizzard with chocolate dipped strawberry and I would like to add Oreo pieces just the normal way you make it,not an overabundant of anything,just the normal way you would make it on a normal day. She says OK I pull up. I try to give her my previous ordered large as I’m explaining to her there was no strawberry in it. She did not take my old blizzard she just looked at me and she said $6.02 . I said $6.02 for what you didn’t make my first blizzard the right way I’m trying to give it back to you. She just stared at me and repeated $6.02. I said “I have to pay for another blizzard that I already paid for that you guys didn’t make right not once but twice” , she said yes!! So I payed her a second time for a blizzard that still isn’t made correctly the second one has no chocolate pieces!!!! Unbelievable like I’m literally blew back of the incompetence of the people they have in their store..,.. like why just why???

  I love their food and ice cream the people are always nice also.

  Food is old & absolutely nasty. The grease they use must be so old & black for how their food turns out. No remake No refund Policy here. Good luck if you eat here
