  Apparently this location closes at 9:00 and they haven't changed the hours on Google or signage. My family and I drove 20 minutes out of the way so we can grab some shaq's last night under the impression they close at 10. We go to walk in and the doors are locked at 8:55. (The "Open" light will still turned on) "Maybe they close the inside early" So I pull into the drive-thru and no one is responding, So I call and the young lady that answers told me they were closed. I want to ask if they closed early tonight she just responded bluntly "we close at 9:00". At this point it's literally 9:01 and there was another car in the drive-thru. Ive really enjoyed the food here but with erratic hours and poor customer service I won't plan my meals around it ever again.. I worry for this businesses longevity.

  Absolutely horrible service! Charge obnoxious prices on everything! Especially the shakes almost 10 bucks each but take 15 minutes to get then out the window! Unbelievable!! definitely like the food but it's no where near what they charge

  Food is good little pricey considering a meal is 13.00 and a drink is not included when you get a meal you got to spend two extra dollars to get a drink which is crazy a meal is just a sandwich and fries like what other restaurant sells a meal without a drink

  This place started out strong but the fad seems to have worn quickly. The menu has already been revamped somewhat and if you want a drink with your meal, its a whole extra charge now. Several items from the menu have been removed unfortunately, one being Jalapeño coleslaw. It was absolutely amazing and something different from everybody else. Now you can just get coleslaw.... the same thing you can get anywhere else. A "meal" includes a sandwich, maybe some fries or a piece of bread, or a different side. No drink. The meals are in the 13$ range and dont include a drink. That is absolutely ludicrous! Had pretty high hopes for this chain, but after only a couple of visits, It appears that the newness has worn off and it is just another boring overpriced food joint.

  Just had lunch, the dining area was dirty, the soda area needed to be wiped down. There were no lids, half the tables were missing paper towels. The employee behind the counter taking orders was more concerned with her phone than customers. The food was delicious.
