Ordered at 1:30, Sunday 02/05/24. Hoping this calls attention to the manager at the time who hung up on me whilst I tried to explain that someone put their finger completely through my burger. While I understand it's just a burger and I'm sure people have bad days, I was simply calling to make them aware. I was left as not a "customer" but treated like I was angry, which I had not been. I was treated as an annoyance. Customer service NEEDS to have even the basic level of respect. Everywhere. Including such places where I know not everyone is pleased they are working there. We all have choices, just like how we treat each other. "Nobody's angry, have a nice day."
