    My car overheated in the parking lot and one of the workers came out and asked if I needed any help and was super genuine about it 🫶🏻 super nice team

    I do not like coming to this Wendy’s as a customer and for damn sure do not like coming there to do Ubereats pick ups. I’ve come thee too many times where my food was messed up. And I literally just left as I was supposed to pick up an order for Genesis. I had to wait behind someone since it seems like they messed up the person‘s order infront of me and I waited for about eight minutes then once I get to the window, the employee does not greet me or anything. He looks at me as if he’s confused on why I’m at the window as if he didn’t just tell me to pull around. So I say I have the Uber Eats for Genesis and he says “well you need to come back around”, no apology or anything, as if I wasn’t already waiting longer than I should have. So I canceled the order and left. This location has some of the worst customer service. When that order came in, something told me to decline it and I should’ve went with my right mind.

    Can’t even dine in. No signs on the doors. Just locked. Went through the drive thru and the person had no customer service. They were out of regular Coca-Cola. We pulled forward to wait on our salads, the guy brought it out and said nothing. We asked for ranch and they still gave us Caesar dressing. Went back to the drive thru window and asked for ranch again. He gave it to us and again, said absolutely nothing. They gave us one fork for two salads. Went back to the drive thru window and asked for another fork, guy said NOTHING! Just looked at me like I was stupid.
