  When I arrived I pulled into the parking spot next to the speaker system so I could get my order ready someone was already in line so I thought "perfect I don't have to waste anyone's time" so when my time arrived I pulled up to the speaker and waiting 2-5 minutes and no one answers nor acknowledged someone was there(which is not the first time of come here and seen working intentionally ignore customers) so I pulled to the window and the worker opens the window and again says nothing to me so I look at her and say "do I order at the speaker?" cause last time I sat for 15 minutes and no one took my order. I've always had bad experiences with this store but I like to give people chances (maybe it was a bad shift or a bad/low team moral) but unfortunately they never get it right. so I always have to go out of my way and drive another 2 miles to be either disappointed or disrespected At the 44685 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI. I promise I'll never go in another Wendy's establishment again. These 2 store alone ruined it. It's not the food it's the god awful workers they always have. Please shut down your businesses or leave to train them properly. (No it wasn't busy, no it was down for cleaning) It's genuinely just lazy workers.

  Not sure why one person can't take a quick order at 5:10pm when I'm the only one here. Was told "it's shift change", and she said I had to wait 🤨

  Some items are actually priced higher than they display on the menu. Staff makes ordering feel like a bother to them, even though they are never busy.

  Ordered a plain Dave’s double and I got food poisoning. My boyfriend also got food poisoning the same night as me except he ordered a baconator. We were throwing up and in the bathroom for two days. I don’t know if it’s from improper food handling or improper hand washing but my guess is their meat went bad… bad experience for us. We know for a fact it was from Wendy’s because we hadn’t eaten anything else that day…😐
