  Maybe if the staff were as concerned with their work as socializing and playing, my rating would be higher 20 mins into waiting for my order and they're JUST dropping my fries

  The last 3 times I have tried to get food from this location, I have sat in the drive thru for 20-40 minutes without ever making it to the speaker to order. None of the them were during peak hours either! I don’t know if they are just that understaffed all the time or if they are making the tortillas from scratch, but you are better off going the extra distance to a different location.

  My food looked so presentable today it was like it was straight out of one of your pictures. The service was amazing too. Shot out to the girl in the drive through for always being so sweet. Who ever is working the line today deserves a raise. I've never had my food look and taste this good. Congratulations Taco Bell you are a diamond in the rough in this area. Thanks for coming in clutch. 🤗

  Tried to go through the drive-through and a red Mercury was parked in the middle of the aisle, right in front of the side door. I beeped the horn and waited for about 2 mins and then I had to beep the horn again. I thought it was a DoorDasher and it was an actual Taco Bell employee. She came out and looked at the car and rolled her eyes and took her time pulling off to the side, like she should have in the beginning.

  I never rate things 5 stars unless they’re fantastic. I just ordered this tonight on Uber Eats and I was astounded, at the neatness in preparation of the burritos in here from this location. They were commercial quality. It screamed restaurant and Not drive thru and as a 40yo female who loved Taco Bell since high school, I feel like I was transported back in time to 1999-2001 eating the food picked up from here. Good job! Well played. Worth driving from anywhere in southeast Michigan to get food during the 9:00 shift here. It just restored my faith in humanity for today.
