  Every morning i come to get somethingi have a burnt warmed up mc muffin this why i started to go to Burger King , decided to come try again today cause a different location made it perfect but no the muffin hard for no reason can’t chew it at all it’s like chewing a starburst smh so I’m losing half my sandwich cause I gotta get rid of the bread. Atleast now I n know they will never change

  Ordered via the McD mobile app. I go to the drive-thru to pick up my order and they instruct me to pull ahead, park and someone will bring out my order. After waiting 10 minutes, I decide to go in the building to see what's taking so long, as my order was pretty simple. I walk up to the counter and I count at least 6 workers with a lackadaisical attitude standing around not doing much. No one acknowledges me, so I have to say, "Excuse me" to get anyone's attention. After waiting another 10 minutes, a worker basically shoves my order in my face and walks away. No "thank you". No "sorry for the wait". Nothing. Terrible service. Won't be going here again.

  If I could leave a zero I would. First I found a hair in my fries next the guy working the drive through was going to give me melted ice cream. All I wanted was two things and both went wrong. Also the line took 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Double cheeseburgers and fries weren't fresh and only had 1 piece of cheese on them. The employee said they only put 1 piece of cheese on the double cheese burgers. 🍔🍟
