  Waited in drive thru 10 minutes. Other orders ahead of me taken after I pulled up. Paid and waited an additional 10 minutes to get the wrong order. Entered store and immediately see manager who got me correct order. 30 minutes after I got there.

  Dude this place has only gotten worse and worse over the past year, they have poor time management, their food is mid on their best day..whats more is they get orders wrong often. Now days I just go to it for convenience, not because I enjoy it. I get fast food ain't always easy, I used to work it, so believe me I get it but dude...come on already..yall are better than this.

  There fries are terrible if you don't eat them within 15 minutes . I had a shake did not receive a straw or napkins I got 2 double cheese bugers I ordered them with cheese only got the works. I know prices have gone sky high . But at least they should get the orders right and serve fries like they used to be instead of shoe strings. I think next time I'll try halo burgers

  Three managers. All present at 12:37 on 3-11-26 ( near the counter) One of the 3- complaining about it being her turn to work in the kitchen, again Discussing the schedule While 2 of us are waiting to place orders. Finally one decides to wait on us. I order a small caramel frappe with a shot. The coffee bar is out of whipped cream, so she shouts " you want whipped cream?" Yes please. She shrugs as she has to go to the cooler for it. So sorry my order interrupted the managers meeting. The beverage was over blended. And she forgot the shot 🤷

  Jalen is the man. Gave me lemons for my ice tea.... i had no idea mcds had lemons.... food was prepared hot and actually delicious. Top notch service from start to finish. We need more people like Jalen in the world. Polite kind and curtious. Would give him a 10 out of 10 but 5 is the highest you can rank.
