It's funny that the 1st thing Google writes under this location is "Use the mobile app." The mobile app is destroying customer service, and this location is a perfect example of that. I got breakfast with my daughter at this location around 7 am this morning and because the woman had to actually take our order instead of me ordering on the app or the restaurant kiosk, she acted like she hated me. I think the only thing she said to me was my order total, then immediately walked away. She didn't ask if my order was for here or or to go, she just walked away, saying nothing else. I continued to pay with my card with noone at the register and no receipt given. When my order was ready, she plopped it on the counter in bags, we were dining in. No "good morning" "welcome to McDonald's", "is this for here or to go?" No, "thank you, have a good day". Nothing but distain because she had to do her job. They wanted 16.00/hr and they got that and more. What do we get? Bad attitudes. Expensive crappy food and incorrect orders. Soon they'll have no jobs, just like in California where all fast food service is performed by automation. And jobs like this, that were never meant to be lifetime careers for miserable adults, will no longer be available for teenagers or summer jobs for college students. Soon, these will be jobs for robots only. McDonald's needs to take a page out of Chick-fil-A's book. Great food, awesome service, long lines that move quickly. No kiosks, no apps, just an all human staff with polite attitudes operating efficiently.
