Today, ordered a regular chocolate frosty and again they said they could only do a vanilla frosty. So sad, I love the chocolate frosty. :(

The kid that took my order mumbled so I couldn’t hear him, wouldn’t read back the order. Then it took 20 minutes in the drive through after they made me pull up to a parking spot. After no one showed up for another 10 minutes I went back to the window. He held the bag out. When I got home the fries weren’t with my order which I was assuming what was taking so long. Called to get a refund and no one answered the phone.
