    The person at the drive-through charged me for the wrong item, and when I asked for a Powerade, she didn't tell me they didn't have it. Instead, she just gave me a Coke, and if I hadn’t looked when she handed me the drink, I wouldn’t have known. I was also charged for a completely different meal.

    I ordered a baconator fry and a spicy chicken sandwich with a large coke. The fries were completely cold and they did not even fill up the container to where it is supposed to be. And the chicken sandwich was decent.

    People were fairly nice. Bathrooms were filthy. My food was cold. Won't be eating here anytime soon

    Went there before 7pm and the doors were locked. Went through the drive thru and was "greeted" by someone who very clearly hates their job. Ordered 11 jr. burgers. Pay for the order and was asked to pull into a parking space. Sure thing, no problem. 10 minutes go by, as do about 10 vehicles through the drive thru line, and still waiting. My husband walks to the drive thru window because like I said, doors are locked. The kid says it'll be a minute, they're short staffed. Okay. Less than 2 minutes later, he comes out with our order. We get home less than 5 minutes later. Everything is there, that's not the problem (this time). The problem was the burgers were cold and the cheese not even remotely melted. The pickles were warmer than the burger itself. Not sure how that happens, but it did. Should've gone to burger king.

    This review was generous to say the least. The last several visits over the past weeks have lead me to avoid this location going forward. On one visit I asked for ketchup. The drive thru cashier's response after looking for some was "not this time", instead of I'm sorry, we're out of ketchup at the moment. On my last visit a week ago, they were out of barbeque sauce for their chicken nuggets. This was the second time within a course of a week they were out of sauce. I'm sure they don't care about me not coming back to their location by the service they provide.
