Not only were the staff rude to DoorDash drivers, but I was also made to wait for over ten minutes without anyone offering an estimated time for my customer's order. All other customers were served before me… Furthermore, employees who are supposed to be assisting customers were loudly complaining about internal staffing issues (call-offs), creating an unprofessional environment that was clearly audible to working delivery drivers and patrons. That’s really embarrassing for you. When the employees perform like they were hired purely to babysit each other and complain—not serve—it's not a staffing issue; it's definitive proof of managerial negligence that poisons the entire operation. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor service, I will no longer be accepting orders from this location. If management's communication is weaker than the plastic spoon they give you, the whole operation is bound to break
