  I normally love Wendy's! However I went through the drive-thru yesterday 2/23/26. Right away the attendant on the speaker very impatient. After receiving my order (I always check my order before i leave the window. I found i had cold fries, when I asked for replacements, she really got an attitude and basically tossed the new fries at my wife who was driving. On the way home I found the chicken nuggets tuff and cool. Worst of all I had ordered a Frosty Carmel Crunch. And found only the top 1 to 2 inches has Carmel crunch, 3/4s of the drink had only ise cream (no Carmel crunch)! Alas we had gone to far to turn around 😢

  33 minutes to get one meal with only 1 car in the drive thru in front of me. Won't ever be going back to this location

  So I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and baked potato Saturday night and was the only car there. I waited at the door where they told me for 20 minutes just to realize they forgot about me. Got my food and not a single thing was right. Pulled back around and asked for it to be remade (very politely and calmly) dude took my food and came back to the window about 5 minutes later and told me to just cancel the order and closed the window in my face. Long story short, I waited an hour to basically be robbed. No food, no refund. Avoid this location at all costs.
