The last time I went through the drive through I got a bowl and added pineapple only to get to work and the pineapples were fermented. Today I went in and asked for my smoothie to be made with lite water as I always do, so it’ll be thicker. The attendant said ok and then proceeded to made the smoothie the normal way. I was the only one in the store so there was no excuse. I also ordered a pb crunch flat bread sandwich, when I got to work there was lettuce and melted cheese from another order under my wrap.

I had to speak with the little manager on staff who did not know what was going on apologized saying. They had 20 DoorDash orders that is not acceptable. We came in there. No, customers, and we had to wait 45 minutes. Then. I asked him, who is the owner of this establishment? He said, Michael, Michael, you ought to be there to experience awful service. I will never come back to this tropical smoothie ever.

Their smoothies are refreshing and tasteful, and their food is healthy, hot, and fresh. I love coming here early in the morning and being able to just cruise right through the drive thru and then be on my way with my day. :) 5 stars all around!! You guys are awesome!!
