I wanted to order a protein pocket, which they are advertising on the window, signs,etc.. but the employee told me “they are all frozen”. Then, I attempted to order something else. “ I don’t have that bread baked” is what I was told. That being the case, I was no longer able to order my food. To sum it up, i am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, knowledge and or brain cells that this subway has to offer. 0/10 just go to a different subway.
