    Was told they couldn’t take orders through the stalls even though I had a pick up order. Waited in line for 20 minutes. When I get back to work, I notice my chicken tenders are missin, along with the bacon on the burger. I call there and let them know. I was told by the cook that he knows for a fact they were put in the bag but they bacon wasn’t put on the burger. Which there were no tenders. I’m not trying to get free things, I want what I payed for... He then proceeded to have an attitude and said bring back the order and receipt. Which I was not given a receipt because it was an online order. I told him that, he went silent and said okay then 3 pieces will be there. The attitude was ridiculous.

    This location always seems to have something going wrong with it. They never use their curbside menus and don't monitor them.So you end up sitting there for ten or so minutes before you even know they aren't working. It also seems like their payment system is always crashing, often needing to be cash only in an era where nobody really carries cash anymore.

    Poor very slow service. Had to wait 25 minutes just for 2 burgers. The place was filthy. Even the drive through windows were filthy
