    This is usually a pretty good Jimmy John's. It's not perfect though. I've had a lot of orders where my sandwiches have been dry as a desert. It's like they forgot all the mayo or oil and vinegar. It really ruins the sandwich when it's like that. Usually this is an adequate Jimmy John's though. The one on Hayes is better. Order from there if you're in between stores.

    Everytime I order from this location my order is ALWAYS wrong! Ordered lunch today and ordered a #7 ended up getting a #5 which is less meat also didn’t get hot peppers. So disappointing!

    I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...I made a 5 sub order to be delivered and it cost me over $100 . Which is fine, my problem came when I opened my sub and it had mayo and dressing on it which I double checked and I ordered without, I could deal with the dressing but I'm allergic to mayo and when I called them I was told they wouldn't redeliver a new sub I had to come get it and I must bring my receipt with me because they claim to not have my order..and yes it was this location, I double checked that too...Then when I tried to explain what happened I was told just bring a reciept and hung up on...NEVER AGAIN!!!! You can keep the sub and my money just know I will tell anyone who asks me about this experience and to never use your location....I understand things get messed up but the way you handled this was ridiculous..you don't even deserve 1 star

    Extremely disappointed! My order was completely wrong barely any meat and none of the extras I specifically asked for. I used to get great service here, but the last two visits have been a letdown. Definitely not the standard I’m used to.
