Today, however, I found what I can only describe as a dirt/dust ball in my food. The first one I noticed on my pizza with the half that had mushroom- gave benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it came off a mushroom?? The second piece I found in my pasta though and it had no mushrooms. Not sure what it is, but grossed me out. Left a dirty residue on the piece of pizza it was cooked onto.

BBQ Chicken wasn't as bad but could tell it was still cooked a little to long but at least it was edible. When I called to let them know, mind u my first time complaining, and a loyal customer for over 10 years, I was told, "Well I will tell them next time to dial it down a bit. Sorry thats the best I can do." Seriously! You mess up my order and that's the best you got. Guess I'll spendy money elsewhere.

The problem is that I ordered boneless wings and when I was getting the food ready I discovered we got bone in wings. So I called Domino's and told them we ordered boneless but we received bone in and she told us immediately that since we ordered online that she couldn't do anything for us and was very dismissive to me and she didn't apologize didn't offer to make it right she just tried to rush me off the phone. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said again in a dismissive tone that she was the manager, and then she just hung up on me. Now I get it was New Year's Eve and they were busy and I didn't expect to have them deliver just wings but I thought they would try to make it right and on my next order they could give me the boneless wings. Busy or not we pay money for a service and if they don't get it right then fix the problem don't be rude and dismissive especially when I was being as nice as I could be. So we gave our bone in wings to my neighbor and Domino's didn't give two craps about customer service.
