I can't wait until you are replaced by robots so people can actually receive edible food. I placed an online order only to receive old stale fries, chicken and two ketchups when I ordered ranch and BBQ. Is it really that hard to read an order and follow it? Is it really that hard to give your customers fresh food? Not stale old tasting crap that I paid $ for. No point in calling it's always brushed off and rinsed and repeated. I worked fast food for years in the 90's and would never serve that to a customer. I would also follow the receipt not just give them whatever condiments I felt like. Customer service was top priority and tips were never asked for or expected. Now days you want a tip for this kind of service?! Do better DQ you hire these people so be responsible for them. Train them better and give them some sort of incentive for doing well so they don't constantly shit on the customers who are paying and not getting what they should receive.

Brother why am I waiting for over 10 minutes for 2 burgers and they both aren’t even correct. I’m sorry but you need to do better on your times and getting customers in and out, at least attempt to help the older guy working back there because he clearly didn’t care about how fast food was getting out

I'm not sure if the equipment needs maintenance or if it's how it's being made but the last several visits we have gone the ice cream is half melted by the time they hand it to you. The first couple of times I thought it was just a fluke but it's been the same experience each time. The ice cream is running down your hand before you even leave the parking lot.

The food was horrible. The 2 double burgers we bought were nuked and the fries were cold and soggy not crispy at all. My blizzard would have never held up to turning it upside down like they do in the commercial. I don't expect it to be totally firm but it was like Milk with cookies in a cup.
