It was a Thursday evening and a girl around her late teens was working. It was my first time in Baskin-Robbins so I inquired about the sundaes, she told me I could add anything I wanted. I therefore didn't like their toppings so decided to go with a cup of icecream. After she gave me a scoop of icecream she asked what toppings I wanted and I told her I didn't want any toppings. She rudely said "well u said u wanted a Sundae so that's why I was asking you". I was appalled by how rude she was and told her I inquired about it and I didn't ask to get a sundae. I ultimately just wanted to know if whether or not a scoop of icecream in a cup was the same price as a sundae. I quickly paid and left. I decided to try out the place another time because I assumed it could've just been a misunderstanding between us. The second time I went back to this location I had a coupon for one free scoop. There was an older gentlemen working there, he was the only one there on a Sunday. I asked for 2 cups of icecream with one scoop each. During checkout, I handed him my phone to scan the coupon. My total was close to $3. I pulled out my debit card and he was asking if I had cash instead. I told him no, i don't usually carry cash. He started telling me that he is losing money because now he has to pay a charge because of me. The reason he has to pay a charge is because I'm using my debit/credit card and the cc company is charging him because of the amount I'm putting on my card. Also on top of this charge, he's already giving me a free scoop so he's already losing money instead. I told him I'm sorry if I knew that I had to spend a certain amount in order to use my card I would've brought cash. I paid and left. I'm no longer going back to this location. Both experiences were horrible and the people here are rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
