I came through the drive thru for the first time at this location today (only my second time at Chick-Fil-A at all), & I was helped by Desmon. This young man is one of a kind, and Chick-Fil-A should be in honor to have him as an employee. I was having a terrible day, and leaving this drive through I can truly say Desmon changed my evening for me. His kindness, patience, and care for me and my coworker in the car, while there was still a line behind us was astonishing. He helped us with a smile on his face, good conversation, and even helped us with menu items & allergies. I WILL be back at this Chick-Fil-A Location and i hope to see Desmon go up on his journey, he deserves it!
- SSSara SMar 7, 20262.0It’s a Saturday afternoon and 65° nicest day of the year so far and they have no employees taking orders outside only using a box which causes a long wait. I ordered and paid online, got a notification my food was ready and the staff was waiting until I got to the window to give it to me instead of running it out. Just way less organized than others. Got my food and no plastic wear or straws in the bag. Very upsetting when you’re super hungry and eating on the go.
