Every time I’ve had to get something fixed, it’s done with the highest fidelity of work, and I feel like I’m actually being listened to as a customer. That’s difficult to maintain in a regular restaurant, let alone fast food. Happy to say this is my neighborhood Taco Bell.

As I was walking up at 7:55 to pick up my large 50 taco order I had already placed, the worker locked the door in my face and refused to acknowledge me or respond to me asking if I could just pick up. The line for the drive through was backed up probably twelve people, and we waited 15 minutes before I gave up because we were already late. If it were 8, I would get that I missed my opportunity. It was not. If the manager bothered calling me back, I would never write a review. No response whatsoever. No tacos. No reimbursement.

It still took an extra 10 minutes and one of vegetarian items was wrong. We waited a total of 45 minutes. Don’t go here, there’s two others close by. Terrible service.

As a returning customer to this specific franchise I have never experienced such a substandard work environment here or anywhere else I have been. I will not return to this location based off the employee and managers actions from my experience tonight. If this is what Great Lakes Taco LLC is offering for service I can guarantee we will never support any of these rancid franchises again. If I could leave zero stars for everything I would.
