  Terrible customer service. I got an asiago chicken sandwich that was the hottest sandwich I have ever had in my life. It burned my mouth severely and I didn't even bite all the way down. I went in to tell the staff they may want to check the temperature of the oven and they were extremely rude to me. I wasnt even trying to start anything or be rude. They said they would not change anything due to saftey codes and talked to me like I was mentally unable to understand. I told them I understand that but they may want to double check or warn the customer the chicken is so hot it could burn you. The manager was just as rude as well after one of the employees told me if I wasn't going to take her word for how it is then she wasn't even going to talk to me. The manager basically just doubled down on what she said and acted like they dont care if customers get injured or not.

  Just went through the drive thru - fries are stale and cold, I got a knife to eat my salad with and nothing to eat my frosty with 🤣

  The food and service were fine, but we were trying to navigate the PITCH BLACK parking lot in an area we've never been. Insanely unsafe for everyone, especially employees.
