  Crew member was an elder woman and was very rude. I did not get a receipt, my order was incorrect and she had a bad attitude about a beverage upgrade that i paid for. Unacceptable!!!

  Had trouble with an online order went inside to figure it out the manager RAKAL started yelling at a child telling them that they don’t know what they’re talking about when a child got on the phone with his mother to figure it out because that you were trying to get them to pay again, even though it said it was paid for she said I’m just gonna cancel the order. He said don’t cancel the order we get a notification that says the order is canceled. She proceeded to call a child a liar. It’s all on the phone. Multiple people heard it then she proceeded to miss gender people, and call people by the wrong name and get in a child’s face. Super unprofessional and Claim she was trying to help but started screaming at a child over Seven dollar nugget meal

  I ordered breakfast before the change over to lunch and my order was canceled. This inconvenienced me to go to get breakfast else where and Did not know my order was canceled til I arrived to get the order... a notification or something would have been nice to know of the cancelation. I wouldn't have wasted my time driving to the location to get breakfast.
