  I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. The man behind me got out of his truck and told 2 vehicles behind him the wait was at least 30 minutes and they all left. I backed out of line and went inside to get sandwiches. The JJ man told me they hadn't started my order and I needed to wait. Your sandwiches are not worth a 45-60 minute wait. Restaurants have faster service.

  This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The employees are very unfriendly and cause me stress. They are always visibly stressed and agitated and today the younger male employee basically threw my cup at me and slammed it on the counter making a loud noise. I didn’t do anything and he made me feel uncomfortable just by me ordering my food with how irritated her clearly was from being busy. The employees then talked poorly about another woman customer before me who left which was also uncomfortable and actually annoying. I’m done coming to this location because this is not the first time I’ve had a bad time here.

  Showed up at 9. They dont close until 10, but they just stopped answering the drive thru. We ended up going in and it felt unwelcome. The floors had just been mopped (I guess thats good) but they were soaking wet. Apparently their headsets were dead. They didnt have onion. This time, the person who helped us was nice but ive been other times where the experience has been similar. The staff is just generally slow and inattentive to anyone at the drive thru. Food is always good and my order has always been right which is my reason for going back, I just dread it knowing ill have generally poor service.

  This location is either grossly understaffed or gross mismanaged - possibly both. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, was acknowledged once, and left before ordering. I was at the speaker the entire time and there was only 1 car at the window in front. It should not ever, ever take more than 10 minutes of waiting at the speaker before an order is taken. That's another sale lost and I won't be returning unless there is a serious turnaround.

  Jimmy John's needs to get some new management. The two locations that I have tried were both less than mediocre. Hardly any meat and almost no sauce, can get better sandwiches at Kroger! Not buying anything from Jimmy John's again.
