Had a fish sandwich and within 2 hours the food poisoning kicked in. That means they don’t handle their food properly and from past reviews this is a common theme at this place.

The new salads suck. I’ve always loved a Wendy’s salad because they are known for having good lettuce and they are beautifully prepared. That has changed. Reply to this review when you get your salad game back in order and I’ll come back and try again. Otherwise, I won’t be returning.
Whoever answered the phone when I called about this was friendly and took my feedback well, so that was good customer service. I will say the person that took my card and handed me my food legitimately did not speak one word to me. That was a little weird, and a bit rude. Like how do you work the drive-through and not even say one word?!?!
Lastly, my son’s food was fine. He did not order a salad.
