I think employees taking the wrappers switch them with the non monopoly wrappers which isn't cool when we picked from the monopoly Menu to get a chance to win prizes. This is the second time this has happened. Not cool to your customers and our order with the McMuffin had egg shells in it.

Trying to contact McDonald’s customer service is not even an option as there’s basically no available contact info. They offer calling the restaurant directly and I attempted that several times. It’s their fax number not the contact number for this location. I’ve been charged for my food that I never received and even lost the points I used to get a free burger. I’m so irritated at the whole situation and just deleted the app. I’m over it 😤 I’ll just go to Wendy’s.

- IWIsabella WhitsettOct 17, 20252.0The drive thru employee made a mistake with my order, ringing it up as a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee, and when I corrected the order at the 2nd window as nicely as I could, the employee rolled their eyes and got all huffy at me despite me apologizing at least 3 times for the misunderstanding. I would have paid the up charge happily. But being nasty bc you made a mistake when the customer isn’t even upset, just asked for the correct drink, is silly and out of line. The customer service here is always disappointing but the last 2 months or so it’s been especially horrid. Food was hot and tasted fine so no complaints there, just really wish the employees would be less rude all the time.
