- LBLauren BakerDec 25, 20251.0The location is filthy with dirt caked along the walls and corners, coffee stains running down the wall high up on the wall near the bathroom. The bathroom is heavily stained and could use a very deep clean. Some of it is hard water stains which is hard to remove, but the rest of buildup over years. Staff is consistently slow with several watching sport games on their phones instead of making your order. After all of that, your order is correct about 50% of the time. Also, we order at least 15 minutes early because your order won't be ready, even if there is no one there. Staff will be in the back chatting instead. We now drive to Dixie Hwy or LO locations where the service is much better, places are clean, and the orders are timely and correct.
