When I called they told me the pending charges will be refunded within a week and I would need to reorder and pay AGAIN for my family to be able to eat tonight!! Are you kidding me??? Not everyone has the ability to just fork over another almost $50 for a dinner or for a mistake that wasn't even theirs. I requested that the manager or owner call me back and it's now after 7 and I've yet to hear anything. Absolutely despicable customer service.
