    It literally never fails you are ALWAYS told to pull forward into a parking space and to wait on your food even when the drive through is empty.

    I went to McDonald’s for lunch because I had earned enough points to get a free sandwich. The person who took my order was great and the gentleman who gave me my order was great. I had also ordered a large glass of ice. When I got to the window, the gentleman who was helping me was told to give me a small glass of ice. He handed it to me and I gave it back. He went and got a large glass of ice and the manager started harping about not going to be able to do that all the time for customers and she just kept going on like I wasn’t even there. I have no problem with paying for a glass of ice, but I was never given that option. I ordered and everything was OK until the manager stepped in and would not stop going on about it. Why not just offer me the option to pay $.99 like I would for an iced tea and give me just the ice? It just left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service coming from the manager. Thank goodness the employees themselves have better manners.
