  I’m very disappointed with this Taco Bell location. Multiple times, my coworkers and I from the Village of East Harbor next door have gone out of our way to visit, only to find the store closed early with the excuse that they have no staff. The hours say they close at 2AM, but more often than not the doors are locked at 1AM with no one answering in the drive through line. This has happened far too often to be a coincidence, and it makes it impossible to rely on this location for a quick meal. It’s incredibly frustrating as a customer when hours are advertised, but the store consistently fails to meet them. If staffing is truly an issue, management needs to address it—either by hiring enough employees or clearly communicating closures in advance. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

  Got my girlfriends order completely wrong she asked for extra nacho cheese on her burrito but didn’t receive and and they up charged her a dollar for it completely not acceptable and will be questioning returning to this Taco Bell

  The slowest moving Taco Bell ever!!!! I’ve been here a few times and every time you are in the drive through for 30-minutes, MINIMUM!! One of the last times I left the line, drove to the one closer to I-94, got my food and drove back and I would’ve been a car closer in the line if I stayed. Tonight, my wife picked up Taco Bell for us and was in line for another 30+ minutes. When she got home, we were missing a few items we paid for. She went back there to get them and wanted to order an additional item and was told “well I can’t give you the other item for free”. She never asked for it to be free, but don’t act like the other food you were giving us was “for free” either, as we already paid for it but never got it. It took another 30-40 minutes to get these items. Almost 90 total minutes for a basic dinner order?? The $3 add-on could’ve been thrown in for the inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other Taco Bell, even if it’s out of state. It will probably be quicker.
