  The old lady there looks like she’s in her 60s or 70s was very rude to us she wouldn’t share her name to my friends but we were just trying to get out food she also judged our name and they were rude to other customers and the waiting time was insane we waited for an hour and another customer was being so sweet and just asked them when her food was gunna be ready and they yelled at her she’s so rude a manager needs to talk to this old lady about this

  There was 2 terrible acting old lady’s. i asked for there name to leave a review and the one said this has nothing to do with me even thought it did. the food wait was crazy took me almost an hour for a borito .the workers were name checking me saying i stole my food bc the name didn’t sound right witch was very rude and the two old lady’s were so rude about my name and rude to other costumers it was so chaotic and she yelled at a nice lady for asking when she would get her food after waiting an hour this really made me not want to come back , i wish i could tell the name but she wouldn’t tell us but she was old and so was the other lady and they looked about 65 ish but they were super mean and rude i highly think they should be fired please .

  when me and my friends went to tacobell today the old lady was a jerk and yelled at us saying our order name was not ours but it was later i asked for her name to leave a bad review on her because the food was also terribly late and she said it had "nothing to do with her" this whole review is abt her dont waste your time here she was also yelling at other costumers who didnt recieve their food saying they did get the food but they had been waiting for 1 hour it's incredible how rude the service is.

  for the 2nd time in a few months, i went through the drive threw and the line took about 40 min to get through. the lady at the window asked for my order #, which thats not even given to us. shes slow and doesnt seem to know what shes doing. i was told it was only her and her manager working.. So it seems that they were cooking your order as you pulled up to the pick up window. They obviously have a huge issue at this taco bell. i will NOT go back! several cars got tired of waiting in line and left.
